Beispielkongurationen / Example congurations
Beispiel 1:
Ein 42HE-Schrank, bestückt mit 10 Netzgeräten in 3HE Bauform, zum Beispiel PS 9000 3U.
Mit maximal 15kW pro Gerät läßt sich ein System mit 150kW realisieren, dessen Ausgangs-
strom bis zu 5100A gehen kann, nutzbar z. B. für Elektro-Plating oder Schweißen.
Example 1:
42U cabinet, equipped with 10 units of power supplies in 3U height, for example PS 9000 3U
series. With a maximum of 15kW per unit, the cabinet has a total power of 150kW. High cur-
rents of up to 5100A can be used for electroplating or welding.
Beispiel 2:
Ein 42HE-Schrank, bestückt mit 6 elektronischen Lasten EL 9000
mit je 6HE. Durch die 7.2kW Eingangsleistung pro Gerät, kann der
Schrank somit 43.2kW und Ströme bis 3600A maximal aufnehmen,
zum Test von Hochkapazitätsbatterien oder ähnlichen Spannungs-
quellen.
Example 2:
42U cabinet, equipped with 6 units of electronic loads EL 9000 in 6U
height. With 7.2kW input power per unit, the cabinet can take a total
power of 43.2kW. High currents of up to 3600A can be used to test
high capacity batteries or other high performance power sources.
Beispiel 3:
Eine gemischte Bestückung eines 42HE-
Schrankes mit vier Stück Netzgeräten in
3HE, z. B. aus Serie PSI 9000 3U, und
vier elektronischen Lasten EL 9000 in
jeweils 6HE. Die vier Netzgeräte können
20kW, 40kW oder 60kW liefern, während
die vier Lasten 28.8kW Eingangsleistung
aufnehmen. Diese Kombination eignet
sich zum Beispiel sehr gut für einen Zwei-
Quadranten-Betrieb.
Example 3:
Mixed configuration in a 42U cabinet,
equipped with 4 units of power supplies in
3U height, for example PSI 9000 3U series,
and 4 units of electronic loads EL 9000
with 6U each. The four power supplies can
provide 20kW, 40kW or 60kW power, while
the four loads can take up to 28.8kW input
power. This combination can be used for
two-quadrants operation, for example.
