3.3.3.1 Menu “General Settings”
Element S. Description
Allow remote control 1 Selection “NO” means that the device cannot be remotely controlled over either
the digital or analog interfaces. If remote control is not allowed, the status will be
shown as “Local” in the status area on the main display. Also see section 1.10.6.1
Input after power ON 2 Determines the condition of the DC input after power-up.
• OFF = DC input is always off after switching on the device.
• Restore = DC input condition will be restored to the condition prior to switch off.
Analog interface range 3 Selects the voltage range for the analog set input values, actual output values
and reference voltage output.
• 0...5V = Range is 0...100% set /actual values, reference voltage 5V
• 0...10V = Range is 0...100% set /actual values, reference voltage 10V
See also section „3.4.4. Remote control via the analog interface (AI)“
Voltage controller settings 3 Selects the regulation speed of the internal voltage regulator between slow
and fast. See „3.2.1.1. Speed of the voltage regulator“
Controls mode 4 Changes the operating mode and assignments of the rotary knobs between
U/I, P/I and R/I, similar to the main page.
• U/I = Set voltage and current via rotary knobs.
• P/I = Set power and current via rotary knobs
• R/I = Set resistance and current via rotary knobs
Calibrate device 5 Touch area “Start” starts a calibration routine (see „4.4. Calibration“), but only
if the device is in U/I or P/I mode.
Reset device to defaults 6 Touch area “Start” will initiate a reset of all settings (HMI, prole etc.) to default
values, as shown in the menu structure diagrams on the previous pages, and
all set values to 0
Enable Master-Slave 7 Option “ON” enables the master-slave mode (MS). For details of the MS mode
see section „3.9.1. Parallel operation in master-slave (MS)“
Link mode / Device address 8 (Only available with MS mode enabled)
Here the device can be dened as master or slave as well as being allocated
an address in the MS system.
Repeat master init 9 (Only available with MS mode enabled and only with the master unit)
Here the initialisation of the master unit can be repeated.
3.3.3.2 Menu “User Events”
See „3.5.2.1 User dened events“ on page 53.
3.3.3.3 Menu “Proles”
See „3.7 Loading and saving a user prole“ on page 55.
3.3.3.4 Menu “Overview”
This menu page displays an overview of the set values (U, I, P or U, I, P, R) and alarm settings as well as adjust-
ment limits. These can only be displayed, not changed.
