Bedienung (HMI)
Die manuelle Bedienung erfolgt über ein resistives
Touchpanel, zwei Drehknöpfe und einen Taster.
Das farbige Display zeigt alle wichtigen Soll- und
Istwerte gleichzeitig und übersichtlich an. Weiter-
hin kann über das HMI (Human-machine inter-
face) das gesamte Setup vorgenommen, sowie
der Sequenzgenerator konguriert werden.
Sequenzgenerator
Ein besonderes Feature ist der digitale Sequenzge-
nerator, der die Steuerung der Lastmodule über halb-
automatisch ablaufende Sequenzblöcke (max. 100)
ermöglicht. Diese bestehen aus frei programmierbaren
Werten für Strom, Spannung, Leistung und einer Zeit.
Der Generator kann eine rechteckige Wellenform auf
die Sollwerte modulieren (alle oder einzelne).
Fernsteuerung & Konnektivität
Zur Fernsteuerung steht standardmäßig eine Ethernet/LAN-
Schnittstelle auf der Vorderseite der Module zur Verfügung.
Über diesen kongurierbaren Anschluß können Anwender
sämtliche Funktionen des Gerätes über die SCPI-Befehlsspra-
che oder das ModBus-Protokoll fernsteuern.
Ein auch frontseitig verfügbarer USB-Anschluß vom Typ A ist
für USB-Sticks vorgesehen, um von diesen Sequenzen zu
laden bzw. zu speichern oder Firmware-Updates für das HMI
(Bedienfeld) zu installieren.
Für die Einbindung in die Programmierumgebung LabView
werden fertige Bausteine (VIs) verfügbar sein. Für andere Pro-
grammierumgebungen und Schnittstellen ist eine zusätzliche
Protokolldokumentation vorhanden.
Optionen
• Ethernet-Patch-Rack (ein separates 1 HE-Rack, das die
Ethernet-Anschlüsse aller bis zu 10 Lastmodule im ELR-Rack
wie ein Ethernet-Switch zusammenfaßt und rückseitig einen
Netzwerkanschluß für das Mehrkanal-Lasten-System bietet)
Operation (HMI)
Manual operation is done with a resistive touch
panel, two rotary knobs and a pushbutton. The
colour display shows all relevant set values and
actual values at a glance. The whole setup is also
done with the human-machine interface, as well
the conguration of the sequence generator.
Sequence generator
A special feature is the digital sequence generator.
It enables to control the load unit by semi-automatic
sequence blocks (max. 100). Those blocks consist
of programmable set values for voltage, current and
power, plus a time value. The generator can apply a
rectangular wave signal to any or all set values at once.
Remote control & connectivity
For remote control, there is by default an Ethernet/LAN port
available on the front of the modules. Via this congurable
connection users can completely control all functions of the
modules either via SCPI language or ModBus protocol.
A USB port, also located on the front side, is intended for USB
ash drives in order to load and save sequences and to install
rmware updates for the HMI, i.e. control panel.
For the implementation into the LabView IDE we offer ready-to-
use components (VIs) to be used with the Ethernet interface.
Other IDEs and interfaces are supported by documentation
about the communication protocol.
