Making Calls

Description
If you would like a call to be associated with a specific account number in the
Emerald ICE Station Message Detail Reporting (SMDR), you must enter an account
code before making the call. The account code length is predetermined and
programmed to be between 2 and 8 digits.
1. Dial the Account Code access number

2. Enter a valid account code. The Emerald ICE system automatically accesses
an idle outside line.
3. Dial the telephone number.
Operational Notes
• If you dial an invalid account code, you will hear an error tone.
• When you dial a valid account code, the call is monitored for toll restriction
against the Class of Service associated with the entered Account Code.
