Description
The Help Mode feature is available to assist you with operating instructions for all
Emerald ICE features. A Voicemail module must be installed and operating for this
feature to operate.
1. Press the factory programmed HELP Feature/DSS button on the Deluxe
Telephone or enter

. You will be prompted to press a
programmed Features/DSS button for help with the feature that you need
help with. The display will show:

Adjust the volume with the

button if necessary.
Operational Notes
•An Emerald ICE Voicemail module must be installed on the KSU and operat-
ing for Help Mode to operate.
• If a CO line button is pressed or an extension button is pressed, the Help
Mode will recite the line or extension number that was pressed.
