Group lists may NOT be linked together, but users may send the same message to
several group lists in succession, if required.
To send a message to one of your distribution lists, enter the 2-digit distribution
list number followed by
#
when prompted for the destination. You will hear
the name of the list you have recorded to confirm that you are about to send a
message to that list of people. You can always change a distribution list by
deleting or adding any voice mailbox you wish.

To create a Personal Group list:
1. From main menu, press

for personal options.

to establish list.

to add mailbox numbers to the new list. Press

have finished adding mailboxes.
