sure that it is not touching fat pockets or bone. The Smart
Therm will track the cooking process after the food reaches 90
degrees F and tell you when your food will be done.

How long will the battery last? - If fully charged the battery
should last 6 hours. The unit will work fully functionally until
the power is down to 20% at which time the wifi will not stay
connected.
The Smart Therm (WS Thermxxxx) is not showing up on my
iDevice in settings? - Reset your Smart Therm by using a pin
and gently push into the reset hole on the back of the unit.
