MEDIA LOSS GSM
The cellular network is
down, reception is not
adequate, or the SIM card
has a depleted usage
allowance.
The cellular network needs to be
restored, the control panel needs to
be relocated to a place with better
reception, or the SIM card usage
allowance needs to be topped up.
MEDIA LOSS PSTN
The telephone line is
down, or not connected.
The telephone line needs to be
restored / connected.

Faulty phone module

The SIM card is not

Check if the SIM card is installed

PIN CODE ERROR
The SIM card PIN code is
not recognized by the
control panel.

Installation Manual.
NO REGISTERED
SENSORS
All detector registrations
were deleted.
Manually register all your
detectors again (see Registering
Additional Components, page 16).
TIME NOT SET
The local time of the
control panel is not
configured.
The control panel's time is
automatically set from the Cloud
server, so wait until Cloud
connectivity is established.
ALL ZONES
BYPASSED
All zones have been
bypassed (the system
cannot be armed in this
condition).
In order to arm the system,
unbypass one or more of the
zones.
