Installing the Magnetic Door / Window Contact Detector

The magnetic door / window contact detector has two parts – a transmitter,

and a magnet. It can be installed at the entry / exit door of a secured site, to a

window, a sliding door, or at any similar entrance that could be accessed by

an intruder.

Mounting Guidelines

Transmitter Magnet

affix the transmitter to the

non-moving part of the door

or window (such as to the

door frame / window frame),

and to affix the magnet to the

moving part.
