5-11 Troubleshooting
Cannot connect to Fiery X3 with Fiery Downloader
If clients cannot connect to the Fiery X3 with Fiery Downloader, check the following:
•Fiery X3 Setup—the appropriate network protocol must be enabled, with the
correct parameters (for example, for TCP/IP, the IP address, etc.), and you must
have published the Print queue.
