If your network uses IPv6 addresses, select Enable IPv6.
Note: While it may be possible to disable IPv4 and enable IPv6, IPv4 must be enabled for IPv6 to work.
Note: If you are connected to a Fiery Server with FS150/150Pro, click Network > IPv6 Address and select
Enable IPv6 Address instead.

Choose whether to obtain the gateway address automatically or manually.
Note: If you are connected to a Fiery Server with FS150/150Pro, you must perform this action from
Network > IPv4 Address. Configure IP Address must be set to Manual first and your must type an IP
address in the Default Gateway field manually.

Apply or save your changes.
Set TCP/IP addresses for the Fiery server manually
When you set TCP/IP addresses manually, you specify the IP address, subnet address, and make specifications
about the gateway address.
Important: There are two versions of Configure and they are specific to the Fiery Server you are connected to.
This is a combined procedure that describes what to do when connected to a Fiery Server with FS100/100Pro or
earlier, and notes about what to do with FS150/150 Pro or later. If you are not sure which version of Configure
you are using, see Which version of Configure am I using? on page 27.

From Configure, choose Network > Protocol > TCP/IP > Ethernet.
Note: If you are connected to a Fiery Server with FS150/150Pro, you can find settings mentioned in this
procedure in the following locations instead:
• Network > IPv4 Address
• Network > IPv6 Address
instead.

In the Select IPv4 address, section, select manually.
Note: If you are connected to a Fiery Server with FS150/150Pro, select Manual instead.

Type the IP address and subnet address in the respective fields.

Select one of the following in the Select Gateway address section:
• Automatically - The Fiery Server obtains a gateway address automatically.
• Manually - Type an IP address for the gateway in the IP Address field.

Network > IPv4 Address. Configure IP Address must be set to Manual first and your must type an IP
address in the Default Gateway field manually.
