Process jobs with missing media (FS100/100Pro)
If a job lacks the media originally specified, you can define how the Fiery Server handles that job. You can send the
job to the Hold queue and define whether to cancel subsequent processing of the job or suspend the processing.
Important: If you are connected to a Fiery Server with FS100/100 Pro or earlier, use this procedure. If you are not
sure about which version of Configure you are using, see Which version of Configure am I using? on page 27. An
alternative procedure about what to do with FS150/150Pro is available.
1
If the Jobs page is not active, from Configure choose Server > Jobs.
2
To cancel processing of a job and send it to the Hold queue, select Enable Mismatch Action.
3
From the Mismatch Action list, choose Suspend or Cancel.
If you choose Suspend, other jobs that do not have errors continue to process and print.
4
In the Timeout field, specify the amount of time the Fiery Server waits before it suspends or cancels the
processing of a job and sends it to the Hold queue.
5
If you specified Suspend for Mismatch Action, you can select Cancel Job Processing after timeout expires.
