Delete users or groups (FS100/100Pro)
You can delete a user from the Fiery Server completely. Any jobs that the user has already sent to the Fiery Server are
still processed, and the Job Log retains the name of the user with relevant job information.
Important: If you are connected to a Fiery Server with FS100/100 Pro or earlier, use this procedure. If you are not
sure about which version of Configure you are using, see Which version of Configure am I using? on page 27. An
alternative procedure about what to do with FS150/150Pro is available.
Deleting a group does not delete the users in the group from the system.
Note: You cannot delete the default users named "admin," "operator," or "guest," and you cannot delete the
Administrators, Operators, or Guests group.

From Configure, select Users and Groups.

Do one of the following:
To delete a user, click Contact List and select the user.
To delete a group, select the group.

Click Delete, and then click OK when prompted.

From Configure, select User Accounts.

To delete a user from the Fiery Server completely, do the following:
a) Click the Fiery Contact List button.
b) In the Fiery Contact List dialog box, move the cursor over the name of the user you want to delete.
Notice that the Edit and Delete icons display.
Note: The Delete icon only displays if your are allowed to delete the user.
c) Click the Delete icon.
The user is deleted from the Fiery Server completely.
d) Click Close.
