Adjust the width of a column
You can change the width of a Job Center column.
•
Drag a column border to the left or right.
Resize panes and queues
You can expand or collapse the Printing, Processing, Job Summary, and Servers list panes according to your
workstation's needs.
Resize the Printing and Processing queues
You can expand, collapse, or change the location of the queue.
•
Do one of the following:
• From Job Center, double-click the Printing or Processing bar to expand or collapse the window.
• Click and hold the window grip ( ) on bottom of the window queue and drag it up or down to the new
location.
• Click View > Expand/Collapse Printing Queue or View > Expand/Collapse Processing Queue.
Resize the Job Summary and Servers list panes
You can expand, collapse, or change the location of the pane.
•
Do one of the following:
• Click the arrow icon ( ) on top of the window's title bar to move the window left or right to the new location.
• Click View > Expand/Collapse Job Info or View > Expand/Collapse Server List.
Customize the toolbar
You can add toolbar icons to the Job Center toolbar. You can also restore the default toolbar icons, change the size of
icons, and display icons with or without text.
Some toolbar icons are available only if the Fiery Server supports them.

Right-click anywhere in the toolbar, and select Customize from the submenu that appears.

Add or remove toolbar icons by dragging to or from the toolbar. You can add the following toolbar icons:
• Archive - Archives the selected job.
• Backup and Restore - Opens the Backup and Restore window.
• Compose - Opens the Compose window for the selected job.
• Configure - Opens the Configure window for the selected Fiery Server.
• Help - Opens the Help window.
• Impose - Opens the Impose window for the selected job.
