Import and export custom color groups
You can export custom color groups from the Fiery Server to your computer as ICC files. You can import custom
color groups from your computer to the Fiery Server.
Imported color groups are added to the spot color group list and are immediately enabled for use on the Fiery Server.
Import a custom color group
To support spot color definitions in addition to the ones provided on the Fiery Server, you can import a named color
profile from your computer as a custom color group.

In Device Center, click the Resources tab and click Spot Colors.

Select the location in the color group list where you want to add the imported color group.

Click Import.

Locate and select the desired color group.
Although many ICC profiles may be displayed, you can import only an ICC named color profile.

Click Open.
The imported group is added to the color group list above the previously selected group, where it has priority over
the groups below it. If the imported group has the same name as an existing group in the list, you are prompted to
rename the imported group.
Export a custom color group
To share a custom color group with another Fiery Server, you can export the group to a local copy that can be
imported to the other Fiery Server. You cannot export a locked color group.

In Device Center, click the Resources tab and click Spot Colors.

Select the color group that you want to export.

Click Export.

Type a name for the file and select a file type.

Browse to the location where you want to save the file and click Save.
View the gamut of a color group
If Fiery Color Profiler Suite is installed on your computer, you can use Fiery Profile Inspector to view a model of the
spot colors in a group compared to the gamut of the selected output profile.

In Device Center, click the Resources tab and click Spot Colors.

Select the color group that you want to view and click Inspect.
