Do one of the following:
• Select Server Internal in the directories list, and click OK.
• To specify another location, click Manage, and then click Add. Browse to the folder to which you want to
archive the job and click OK.

If you do not want to change the archive options for future archived jobs, select Don't ask me again; then click
OK.
Drag and drop file management
Move files around with drag and drop functionality.
You can drag and drop files into a number of different regions or "drop zones". This functionality gives you the
ability to move files from a computer to Command WorkStation and, later, from one drop zone to another. This is
an ease-of-use feature for file management and job workflow. The following drop zones are available:

Connected Fiery Server in the Servers list
•
Printing queue
•
Processing queue
•
Held list
•
Archived list
