The network guidelines in this book are not intended to replace the services of
an experienced network engineer.
This manual is organized as follows:
• Chapter 1 illustrates the supported network configurations and shows the network
connectors on the Fiery EX2101.
• Chapter 2 provides guidelines for setting up Windows network servers and UNIX
systems for printing to the Fiery EX2101 and for using Fiery WebTools.
• Chapter 3 describes how to prepare for Fiery EX2101 Setup, including planning
system security through access levels.
• Chapter 4 describes Fiery EX2101 configuration (Setup) from the Control Panel.
• Chapter 5 describes Fiery EX2101 Setup from a Windows computer.
• Chapter 6 describes setting up the Fiery EX2101 for Fiery WebTools
• Chapter 7 summarizes some administrative features of Fiery EX2101 software that
