3. Tubular motors are intended to be used for shades, shutters and awnings from various manufacturers and are only installed by trained service personnel. The installation
shown here is only for illustration only. A typical set up (See Fig 1) will require the motor (E) to use adaptors consisting of a crown (A) and drive (B) to adapt to the
corresponding tube (F). There are various types and sizes of tubes and adapters, only use the appropriate adaptors for the tube and weight in the application. The mounting
of the operator to the wall (C) using a mounting bracket (D) must be securely fastened and horizontal (Fig 4).
4. Attention: A wrong installation of the motor can cause damages to persons and things.
5. Attach Power cord as shown in Fig 2 and Fig 3. Use only the supplied power cord.
E. Operation:
This operator is controlled by: external switches, enabled remote control, or other authorized home automation systems.
Refer to the quick set up guide for more information.
F. Maintenance:
M40Q / M50Q / M40RF / M50RF shall be kept free of dirt, moisture, and debris.
G. Service:
WARNING: THIS APPLIANCE HAS NO USER SERVICEABLE PARTS. M40Q / M50Q / M40RF / M50RF shall be serviced by authorized Electronic
Solutions, Inc. installers only. M40Q / M50Q / M40RF / M50RF enclosure shall not be opened under any circumstances, by anyone other than Electronic
Solutions, Inc. technicians.
