Fast Heat Up When ON, the function decreases the heat-up time. Set + Go To set a function and activate it later with a press of any symbol on the control panel. Heat + Hold Keeps the prepared food warm for 30 minutes after a cooking cycle finished. Time Extension Activates and deactivates the time extension function.

This function must be used in accordance with the Moist Fan Baking table in order to achieve the desired cooking result. To get more information about the rec‐ ommended settings, refer to the Hints and Tips chapter, Moist Fan Baking table. This function was used to define the energy efficiency class acc. to EN 60350-1.
ENGLISH Heating function 15 Application Dough Proving Steam humidifying action improves and speeds up the dough proving, prevents surface drying and keeps the dough elastic. Steam Regenerating Food reheating with steam prevents surface drying. Heat is distributed in a gentle and even way, which allows to recover taste and aroma of food as just prepared. This function can be used to reheat food directly on a plate. You can reheat more than one plate at the same time, using different shelf positions.

This function is not applicable to such recipes as pot roast or fatty roast pork. You can use the Food Sensor to guarantee that the meat has the correct core temperature. 1. ENGLISH 12.3 Removing the shelf supports Before maintenance, make sure that the appliance is cool. There is a risk of burns. To clean the appliance, remove the shelf supports. 1. You can enable / disable the function: Cleaning Reminder in the menu: Basic Settings. 12.6 Steam generation system - Descaling When the steam generator operates, there is an accumulation and deposition of limestone inside because of calcium contents in the water.
