USE Position and clean the cabinet as explained in the section "Installation". Check that the drain hose at the rear of the cabinet discharges into the drip tray. Before inserting the power plug into the outlet and switching on the cabinet for the first time, leave it standing upright for about 2 hours. Otherwise the compressor may sustain damage. This time will allow the oil sufficient time to return to the compressor.
First switch on After plugging the plug into the power outlet, if the display is not illuminated, press key (A), appliance on. For a correct storage of the food select the Eco mode function that guarantee the following temperature is set: +5°C in the fridge · To select a different temperature see "Temperature regulation". Functions Menu By activating the key D the functions menu is operating. Each function could be confirmed by pressing button E.
Child Lock Function The Child Lock function is activated by pressing key D (several times if necessary) until the corresponding icon appears . You must confirm the choice by pressing key E within few seconds. You will hear the buzzer and the icon remains lighted. In this condition any possible operation through the keys does not cause any change as long as this function is activated. It is possible to de-activate the function at any time by pressing key D until the corresponding icon flashes and then key E.
Attention! Difference between the temperature displayed and temperature setting is normal. Especially when: - a new setting has recently been selected - the door has been left open for a long time - warm food has been placed in the compartment. Holiday Function "H" The holiday function sets the temperature at + 15°C. This function allows you to keep the refrigerator shut and empty during a long holiday period ( e. g. the summer holidays) without the formation of a bad smell.
- Switches off the indicator lamp for water filter replacement. K. Yellow indicator lamp Lights up when the water filter must be changed. L. Water out-feed Activated when a glass or something similar is pressed upwards against the flap. M. Flap N. Lighting The functions of the waterdispenser The locking function: The locking function is activated by the production plant. For temporary unlocking: Keep the button (I) pressed in for about three seconds until the yellow indicator lamp (H) goes out.
Indicator lamp for the water filter: The water dispenser is fitted with an indicator lamp (K) which shows when it is time to change the water filter. When the indicator lamp stays on, then the water filter has been utilised to about 80 % of its expected lifetime. In this situation, it is recommended that you buy a replacement filter. When the indicator lamp starts flashing, the water filter has been utilised to 100% of its lifetime. Replace the filter without delay.
Bottleholder The side of the bottleholder is moveable to enable a more flexible placement of bottles in front of the grid. During chilling of bottles the article should be centrally placed in front of the grid to obtain the best chilling effect. The bottle support can be pulled out when chilling larger bottles. For a description of this functions start and stop, see under heading Quick Chill. Dismantling of the bottleholder. To loosen the holder from the shelf.
MAINTENANCE and CLEANING Removing the ventilation grille The ventilation grille can be removed, e.g. to wash the grille. Make sure the door is open when removing the ventilation grille. Unsnap the upper edge of the grille by pulling outward/downward. Then pull the grille straight out to completely remove it. Cleaning Clean the cabinet at regular intervals. Internal Cleaning Disconnect the appliance from electricity supply.
When the refrigerator is to be used again, rinse the system through thoroughly by draining off at least three litres (5 pints) of water. If necessary, all systems containing water must be sanitized by ordering the necessary sanitizing kit through Electrolux Service Force Centre (tel: +44 8705 929 929) or through our website www.electrolux.co.uk. Service during operation The water filter is replaced as follows: Place a piece of kitchen tissue or a dishcloth in the space under the filter.
Defrosting the fridge The fridge is defrosted automatically every time the compressor stops. Frost formation can be prevented by: · not putting warm foodstuff inside the cabinet. · avoiding frequently opening the door or keeping it open too long. When the appliance is not in use Disconnect the appliance from electricity supply. Empty all foods and clean the appliance, leaving the doors ajar to prevent unpleasant smells.
Sound level in cabinet is too high. The refrigerating system will always produce some sounds. A pulsing sound is heard when coolant is pumped inside the cooling pipes. A ticking sound from the thermostat can be heard when the compressor switches on and off. The sound level varies depending on the operation of the cabinet. If you feel the sound level is incorrect: Make sure the pipes at the back of the cabinet do not touch each other. Carefully bend them if they do.
Only gas comes out when opening Incoming water pressure too high. Install a pressure-limiting device. Capacity temporarily exceeded. Wait for ten minutes. Beschreibung Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes Beziehen Sie sich bezüglich der Aufstellung und Reinigung des Gerätes auf das Kapitel "Aufstellen". Kontrollieren Sie vor dem Aufstellen des Gerätes, ob der Ablaufschlauch auf der Rückseite in die Auffangschale mündet. Lassen Sie das Gerät vor Anschluß an das Netz und vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme ca. 4 Stunden lang stehen, bevor es in Betrieb genommen werden darf. Andernfalls könnte der Kompressor beschädigt werden.

Stellen Sie die Getränke in das Schnellkühlungsfach und öffnen Sie die Luftzufuhr vollständig.
Hörbarer Alarm bei offener Tür Der hörbare Alarm wird ausgelöst, wenn die Tür fur etwa 5 Minuten offen bleibt. Die Kondition des Alarms der offenen Tür wird angezeigt durch: - Summton. Zum Abstellen des Alarms, die Taste (E) drücken. Beim Wiederherstellen der normalen Konditionen (geschlossene Tür): - wird das Hörsignal abgestellt. - Blinken des Symbols Bedienelemente (Wasserspender) H I M L H. Gelber Leuchtmelder Leuchtet wenn die Schließfunktion aktiviert ist. I.
Zur Aktivierung der Schließfunktion: Halten Sie die Taster (I) und (J) gleichzeitig ca. 3 Sekunden gedrückt. Die Aktivierung wird durch das Aufleuchten des gelben Leuchtmelders (H) angezeigt. Wahl und Zapfen von Wasser: Das Wasser wird ausgewählt, indem man vor dem Zapfen entweder den Taster für Wasser mit Kohlensäure (I) oder den Taster für normales Wasser (J) betätigt. Die aktuelle Wahl wird durch das Aufleuchten des betreffenden Tasters angezeigt.
Funktion des Kohlefilters Der eingebaute Kohlefilter ermöglicht die Einlagerung von Waren mit starkem Geruch in der Nähe anderer Waren, ohne dass diese Geschmack oder Geruch annehmen. Innenraum Die Ablageroste und Türfächer sind herausnehmbar und können leicht umgesetzt werden. Bestimmte Ablageroste müssen zum Herausnehmen hinten angehoben werden. Das untere Türfach sowie die Glasplatte über dem Gemüsefach dürfen zur Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Luftzirkulation nicht versetzt werden.
PRAKTISCHE TIPS Energiespartips · Wählen Sie den Aufstellungsort sorgfältig aus. Beziehen Sie sich auf das Kapitel "Aufstellung". Bei richtiger Installation hat das Gerät eine geringere Stromaufnahme. · Machen Sie das Gerät nicht ständig auf und zu und lassen Sie es nicht unnötig lange offen stehen. · Überzeugen Sie sich hin und wieder davon, daß das Gerät richtig geschlossen ist.
Entfernen Sie alle herausnehmbaren Teile und waschen Sie sie per Hand ab. Säubern Sie das Gerät, den Innenraum und die Türisolierung mit einem weichen Tuch. Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung einen mit lauwarmem Wasser verdünnten milden Reiniger. Die Tür darf erst geschlossen werden, wenn der Innenraum vollständig getrocknet ist. Reinigung Außenseite Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der rostfreien Außenteile der mit einer Anti-Fingerabdruck-Oberfläche beschichteten Tür nur Wasser und neutrales Reinigungsmittel.
Wenn der Bedarf besteht, die Wasser führenden Teile des Systems von innen zu sanieren, kann das nötige Sanierungsmaterial über den Electrolux Kundendienst, Tel. +49 180 32 26 622, oder unsere Webpräsenz www.electrolux.de bestellt werden. Wartung während des Betriebs Das Wechseln des Wasserfilters wird wie folgt ausgeführt: Legen Sie ein Stück Haushaltspapier oder einen Spüllappen unter das Filter. Nehmen Sie den Filter heraus, indem Sie ihn im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Ersetzen Sie die alte Halogenlampen mit einer vom gleichen max. 20 W. Wenn Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Wandsteckdose. Reinigen Sie das Gerät wie im Kapitel "Reinigung" beschrieben. Lassen Sie die Gerätetür offen. Andernfalls könnten im Gerät unangenehme Gerüche entstehen.
Der Kompressor ist ständig in Betrieb. Stellen Sie eine höhere Temperatur ein. Stellen Sie sicher, daß die Tür ganz geschlossen und der Dichtung sowohl vollständig vorhanden als auch sauber ist. Das gesamte Gerät ist außer Funktion. Die Kühlung oder die Innenbeleuchtung funktionieren nicht. Es leuchten keine Anzeigelämpchen. Das Gerät ist nicht eingeschaltet. Das Gerät wird nicht mit Strom versorgt. (Versuchen Sie ein anderes elektrisches Gerät an die Steckdose anzuschließen.
Kommt nur Gas beim Abzapfen Zu hoher Wassereingangsdruck. Installieren Sie einen Druckminderer. Gegenwärtige Kapazität überschritten. Warten Sie 10 Min. Die Beleuchtung des Wasserspenders und der gelb Leuchtmelder blinkt Leck im Wasseranschluss. Eine Interne Leck, Beauftragen Sie Ihren Kundendienst. Leuchtmelder für Wasserfilter blinkt Der Filter ist verbraucht. Wechseln Sie Filter. Der Leuchtmelder leuchtet kontinuierlich gelb 80 % der Filterkapazität sind verbraucht. Kaufen Sie einen neuen Filter.
Schließen Sie das Produkt nicht an die Wasserversorgung an in Räumen, in denen die Umgebungstemperatur unter den Gefrierpunkt sinken kann. Das Produkt darf nur an eine Trinkwasserleitung angeschlossen werden. Das Produkt ist nur an die Kaltwasserleitung anzuschließen. INSTALLATION Auspacken Packen Sie das Gerät aus und überprüfen Sie es auf Transportschäden. Sollten Beschädigungen festgestellt werden, so benachrichtigen Sie bitte unverzüglich Ihren Händler. Geben Sie das Verpackungsmaterial zum Recycling.

Bitte prüfen, dass das Netzkabel und/oder Netzstecker nicht von der Geräterückseite eingeklemmt und beschädigt wird. · Ein beschädigtes Netzkabel und/oder Netzstecker kan überhitzen und einen Brand verursachen. Keine schweren Gegenstände bzw. das Gerät selbst auf das Netzkabel stellen.
· Stellen Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, dessen Umgebungstemperatur der Klimaklasse* entpricht, für die das Gerät ausgelegt ist. *Sie auf dem Typchild links im innern es Geräts. Nachtehende Tabelle zeigt, welce Umgebungstemperatur welcher Klimaklasse zugeordnet ist.
Schließen Sie den mitgelieferten Gaszylinder wie folgt an: - Entfernen Sie die Schutzkappe des Gaszylinders und schrauben Sie den Gaszylinder an den für diesen Zweck vorgesehenen Verbindungsstöpsel (3), der am Ventil angebracht ist, fest. Verwenden Sie nur manuelle Kraft, keine Werkzeuge. 3 4 Wasser ab oder bis Anzeichen auf Kohlensäurewasser im Wasserspender erkennbar werden. - Das System ist jetzt betriebsbereit.
