GENERAL FOOD PREPARATION Fruit & Vegetables: Fruit and vegetables should preferably be frozen immediately after picking or purchasing or kept in a refrigerator for no longer than twenty four hours, For perfect results fruit should be just fie, and if any show signs of being damaged it should be discarded.
