www.electrolux.com Oven func‐ tion Moist Fan Baking Fast Grilling Application This function is de‐ signed to save energy during cooking. For the cooking instructions re‐ fer to "Hints and tips" chapter, Moist Fan Bak‐ ing. The oven door should be closed during cooking so that the function is not interrup‐ ted and to ensure that the oven operates with the highest energy effi‐ ciency possible. When you use this function, the temperature in the cavity may differ from the set temperature.

Refer to Safety chapters. 8.1 Using the core temperature sensor The core temperature sensor measures the core temperature of the meat. When the meat is at the set temperature, the oven turns off. There are two temperatures to be set: • • The oven temperature. Refer to the table for roasting. The core temperature.

When the oven is cool again, the door unlocks. 11.6 Cleaning reminder To remind you that the pyrolysis is necessary, PYR flashes in the display for 10 seconds after each activation and deactivation of the oven.
