If you set the time for a clock function, the time starts to count down after 5 seconds. When the meat is at the set temperature, the appliance deactivates. 5. The temperature regulates itself automatically to 80 °C. Plate Warming For warming plates and dishes. Distribute plates and dishes evenly on the oven shelf.
