11.1 Notes on cleaning
Cleaning
Agents
Clean the front of the oven with a soft cloth with warm water and a mild
cleaning agent.
To clean metal surfaces, use a dedicated cleaning agent.
Clean stubborn stains with a special oven cleaner.
Everyday Use
Clean the oven cavity after each use. Fat accumulation or other food re-
mains may cause fire.
Moisture can condense in the oven or on the door glass panels. To de-
crease the condensation, operate the oven for 10 minutes before cook-
ing. Dry the cavity with a soft cloth after each use.
