www.electrolux.com Heating func‐ tion True Fan + Steam Pizza Setting Conventional Cooking (Top / Bottom Heat) Application To steam dishes. Use this function to de‐ crease the length of the cooking time and to preserve the vita‐ mins and nutrients in the food. Select the function and set the temperature between 130 °C to 230 °C. To bake food on one shelf position for a more intensive browning and a crispy bottom. Set the temperature 20 - 40 °C lower than for the function: Convention‐ al Cooking.
ENGLISH Heating func‐ tion Fast Grilling Turbo Grilling Steam Regen‐ erating Application To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast bread. To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones on one shelf position. To make gratins and to brown. Food reheating with steam prevents sur‐ face drying. Heat is distributed in a gentle and even way, which allows to recover taste and aroma of food as just prepared. This function can be used to reheat food directly on a plate.

Turn off the oven. 8. Empty the water tank after the steam cooking is completed. Refer to the cleaning function:Tank Emptying. CAUTION! The oven is hot. There is a risk of burns. Be careful when you empty the water tank. 9. After steam cooking steam can condensate on the bottom of the cavity.

www.electrolux.com The function: Heat + Hold keeps prepared food warm at 80 °C for 30 minutes. It turns on after the baking or roasting procedure ends. Applicable to all heating functions with Duration or Weight Automatic. Not applicable to heating functions with the core temperature sensor. You can turn on or turn off the function in the menu: Basic Settings. 1. Turn on the oven. 2. Select the heating function. 3. Set the temperature above 80 °C. 4.

The dietary baking dish for steam cooking functions The dish consists of a glass bowl, a lid with a hole for the injector tube (C) and a steel grill to put at the bottom of the baking dish.
