gy during cooking.
For the cooking in‐

ter, Moist Fan Bak‐
ing. The oven door
should be closed dur‐
ing cooking so that
the function is not in‐
terrupted and to en‐
sure that the oven
operates with the
highest energy effi‐
ciency possible.
When you use this
function, the temper‐
ature in the cavity
may differ from the
set temperature. The
residual heat is
used.The heating
power may be re‐
duced. For general
energy saving recom‐
mendations refer to
"Energy Efficiency"
chapter, Energy Sav‐
ing.This function was
used to comply with
the energy efficiency
class according to EN
60350-1. When you
use this function the
lamp automatically
turns off after 30 sec‐
onds.
