www.electrolux.com 5.1 Activating and deactivating the appliance It depends on the model if your appliance has lamps, knob symbols or indicators: • The lamp comes on when the appliance operates. • The symbol shows whether the knob controls the oven functions or the temperature. • The indicator comes on when the oven heats up. 1. Turn the knob for the oven functions to select an oven function. 2. Turn the knob for the temperature to select a temperature. 3.
ENGLISH 9 Wire shelf and the deep pan together: Push the deep pan between the guide bars of the shelf support and the wire shelf on the guide bars above. Deep pan: Push the deep pan between the guide bars of the shelf support. All accessories have small indentations at the top of the right and left side to increase safety. ENGLISH 15 9.4 Removing the shelf supports To clean the oven, remove the shelf supports. 1. Pull the front of the shelf support away from the side wall. 2. Carefully pull the heating element down. 3. Clean the oven ceiling with a soft cloth with warm water and a cleaning agent, and let it dry. 2. Pull the rear end of the shelf support away from the side wall and remove it. 2 1 Install the shelf supports in the opposite sequence. 9.
www.electrolux.com 4. Put the door on a soft cloth on a stable surface. 2. Lift and turn the levers on the two hinges. 5. Release the locking system to remove the glass panels. 6. Turn the two fasteners by 90° and remove them from their seats. 3. Close the oven door halfway to the first opening position. Then pull forward and remove the door from its seat. 90° 7. First lift carefully and then remove the glass panels one by one. Start from the top panel.
ENGLISH 8. Clean the glass panels with water and soap. Dry the glass panels carefully. When the cleaning is completed, install the glass panels and the oven door. Do the above steps in the opposite sequence. Make sure that you put the glass panels (A and B) back in the correct sequence. The first panel (A) has a decorative frame. The screen-printing zone must face the inner side of the door.
www.electrolux.com 10.1 What to do if... Problem Possible cause Remedy The oven does not heat up. The oven is deactivated. Activate the oven. The oven does not heat up. The fuse is blown. Make sure that the fuse is the cause of the malfunc‐ tion. If the fuse is blown again and again, contact a qualified electrician. The lamp does not oper‐ ate. The lamp is defective. Replace the lamp. Steam and condensation settle on the food and in the cavity of the oven.
