If the glass ceramic surface / glass surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock. The shock protection of live and insulated parts must be fastened in such a way that it cannot be removed without tools. Connect the mains plug to the mains socket only at the end of the installation. Make sure that there is access to the mains plug after the installation. www.electrolux.com 7.1 What to do if... Problem Possible cause Remedy You cannot activate or operate the hob. The hob is not connected to an electrical supply or it is connected incorrectly. Check if the hob is correctly connected to the electrical supply. Refer to the connection diagram. The fuse is released. Make sure that the fuse is the cause of the malfunction.
