Installation
General
The ice flaking machines are delivered with 4 pcs heavy duty stainless steel marine feet for bolting to foundation.
For air cooled machines install the ice cuber in a well ventilated area, away from strong heat sources. Leave, if possible, 150 mm on all sides to guarantee
optimum air circulation. For trouble-free running the ambient air temperature should not be lower than +10° C and not higher than +40° C.
Electrical
Provide a bipolar power supply disconnect switch in front of the machine (not included in the delivery). Minimum wire size 3x1.5 mm.
Mechanical
Make sure that you use drinking water. Provide shut-off valve in front of the machine (not included in the delivery). Minimum pressure 1 bar - max.
pressure 5 bar. Max. water temperature +35° C and minimum +5° C. A floor drain underneath or near the machine is recommended.
