Both refrigerator and freezer are made with
foamed-in-place CFC-free insulation and CFC-
free refrigerant.
Stainless steel front and sides as well as interior,
all with a polished finish, rounded internal
corners and easy removable fittings mean that all
hygienic aspects are considered.
The cabinets are supplied with lockable doors
with recessed handle and magnetic gasket.
A silent, thermostat controlled, forced air cool-
ing system and an automatic defrosting without
need of extra vaporize heater, ensure even,
accurate temperature at minimal energy use.
Standard supply includes 6 stainless (AISI 304)
steel grid shelves.
Both models are accepting GastroNorm items
side-by-side, for optimal goods display and ac-
cess.
