Thawing cabinet TCR120RM is a revolutionary
product for perfectly controlled thawing/defrosting
performance combined with refrigeration/holding
function. Thanks to the low height the cabinet is
suitable for installation in existing thawing- and cold
rooms. The modular construction makes it possible
to carry all the parts through existing doors and
build the cabinet on board.
The unique combination of high airflow, low tem-
perature steaming and precise control, monitored by
a food probe, ensures that full freshness is retained
throughout the thawing process. When the food is
thawed, the cabinet switches automatically from
thawing mode to refrigeration. The thawing cycle can
be HACCP recorded with possibility to connect
both printer or PC.
Comparing to the conventional methods, the use of
this intelligent thawing technique means up to ten
times faster thawing, up to 50 % reduction of
weight loss and saving of 80-90 % floor space.
The built-in steam generator provides a unique
cleaning and bactericidal process (80 °C steam for
5 min.) and is automatically drained and filled
with fresh water before the thawing cycle starts. The
cabinet gives an alarm, if a power failure occurs.
The cabinet is made exclusively of stainless steel,
with smooth sides, rounded corners and easy-clean
removable fan casing.
Thawing cabinet is prepared to be connected to
central cooling system R134a (standard) or other
cooling system. The cabinet should be equipped
with a rack trolley that holds 13 GN 2/1 baskets/
containers (optional extra).
