Heat resistant surface of the inner glass can break and shatter. • When the door glass panels are damaged they become weak and can break. You must replace them. electrolux Oven accessories Oven shelf - for cookware, cake tins, roasts. Flat baking tray - for cakes and biscuits. Deep roasting pan - To bake and roast or as pan to collect fat. Meat probe - To measure how far the meat is cooked. Turn spit - for roasting larger joints of meat and poultry. • Heatable drawer Below the oven cavity is the heatable drawer. The appliance starts to heat. When the appliance operates at the set temperature, an acoustic signal sounds. Rapid heat-up indicator For some oven functions the rapid heat-up function decreases the heat-up time automatically. The bar of the indicator moves from right to left until the oven reaches the target temperature.
electrolux Activating the function: 1. When the cooking time ends, an acoustic signal sounds. Touch any sensor field. 2. The display shows the message for Time Extension for five minutes. 3. Touch to activate. 4. Set Time Extension period. Touch OK to confirm. SET+GO SET+GO function lets you set an oven function (or programme) and use it later with one touch of the sensor field. Select the Recipe Automatic . Touch OK to confirm. When you set the option Manual , the display shows automatic settings but you can change them. Assisted Cooking with Meatprobe Automatic 1. Activate the appliance. 2. Touch or to set the function Assisted Cooking , the necessary category and the dish. 3.
electrolux 2. Put the tip of the meat probe into the centre of the meat. 2 1 3. Put the plug of the meat probe into the socket on the side wall of the oven. The display shows Meatprobe . 4. Touch + or - in less than 5 seconds to set the core temperature. 5. Set the oven function and, if necessary, the oven temperature. The appliance calculates the provisional end time for the set temperature (at least 120°C) again and again. This procedure can take approximately 30 minutes.
electrolux 15 The deep roasting pan and the oven shelf have double side edges. These edges and the shape of the guide-bars causes the anti-tilt safety for the oven accessories. The clip must be kept down to keep the handle secure on the turn spit. • Push the tip of the spit into the turnspit hole on the left-hand side of the back wall of the oven until it locks into place. • Place the groove in front of the handle on the notch provided on the turn spit support. • Remove the handle.

Child Lock The Child Lock prevents an accidental operation of the appliance . Activating the Child Lock 1. Deactivate the appliance. 2. Press and - at the same time until the display shows a message. Deactivating the Child Lock 1. Do the above steps again.
electrolux 17 Shelf Support Rails Removing the shelf support rails 1. Pull the front of the shelf support rail away from the side wall. Replacing the oven lamp 1. You can find the lamp glass cover at the back of the cavity. Turn the lamp glass cover counterclockwise to remove it. 2. Clean the glass cover. 3. Replace the oven lamp with applicable 300°C heat-resistant oven lamp. Important! Use the same oven lamp type. 4. Install the glass cover. Replacing the oven lamp (left side of the oven cavity): 1.
electrolux 4. Install the glass cover. 2. Rotate the fat trap to the left from the oven roof. 5. Install the left shelf support rail. Fat trap Warning! Before you remove the fat trap deactivate the appliance. Make sure that the appliance is cold. There is a risk of burns! The fat trap almost do not need maintenance actions. However, if you frequently prepare very fatty foods a residues may occur. Removing the fat trap: 1. Pull the top heating element out of the plug connection to the front. 3.
electrolux 19 3. Reassembly in reverse order. Make sure the heating element has a good fit in the connecting socket when inserting. Oven door To clean the oven door remove it. Caution! Be careful when you remove the door from the appliance. The door is heavy! Hanging the oven door back on its hinges 1. Hold of the oven door with one hand on each side and hold at an angle of approximately 45°. Position the recesses on the bottom of the oven door on the hinges on the oven.
