Switching the oven off To turn the oven off, turn the oven functions dial to the OFF position. 3 Cooling fan The fan switches on automatically in order to keep the appliance’s surfaces cool. When the oven is switched off, the fan continues to run to cool the appliance down, then switches itself off automatically.
electrolux 9 Oven Functions The oven has the following functions: Oven function Application Light Using this function you can light up the oven interior, e.g. for cleaning. Full Steam Cooking For vegetables, fish, potatoes, rice, pasta or special side-dishes. Quarter Steam + Heat To bake bread, roast large pieces of meat or to warm up chilled and frozen meals. Fan Cooking For roasting and baking on up to three levels at the same time.
electrolux Inserting the oven shelf: Insert the oven shelf so that the feet point downwards. Push the oven shelf between the guide bars of the selected oven level. 1 Important: Use only water for liquid, however do not use filtered (demineralised) or distilled water! electrolux 11 Quarter Steam + Heat The continual change from hot air to steam takes place automatically. 1. Do not pour water directly into the steam generator, but into the water drawer in the control panel. 2. Using the oven function switch, select the function Quarter Steam + Heat and using the / switch, set the desired temperature. 3. Using the Selection button, select the function Cook time or End time and using the / switch, set the cooking or switch-off time. Then proceed as for Full Steam .

electrolux 3 Tips on using the roasting chart Roasting Oven function: Fan Cooking Roasting dishes • Any heat-resistant ovenware is suitable to use for roasting (please read the manufacturer's instructions). • Large roasting joints can be roasted directly in the roasting tray or on the oven shelf with the roasting tray placed below it. • For all lean meats, we recommend roasting these in a roasting tin with a lid. This will keep the meat more succulent.

Hold the oven by the carrying grips and slide it flush into the space.
