Initial Cleaning • Remove all parts from the appliance. • Clean the appliance before first use. Important! Refer to chapter "Care and Cleaning". Setting the time 2. Use the + / - knob to set the time. After approx. 5 seconds, the flashing stops and the display shows the time of day set. The appliance is now ready to use.
electrolux 7 Change display button Use the change display button to switch between the oven temperature and the time. Switching the oven off Turn the oven functions selector to the OFF position. Heat- up indicator If you switch on an oven function, the bars on the display come on one by one. The bars show that the oven temperature increases. Residual heat indicator When you switch off the oven, the bars on the display show the residual heat.
electrolux Full Steam Cooking 1. Fill water (650 ml) into the water drawer in the control panel. The water supply is for approximately 30 minutes. 2. Use the control knob for oven functions to set Full Steam. 3. Use the selection button to select Duration or End. 4. Use +/- control knob to set Duration or End time. The first steam shows after approximately 2 minutes. Sound operates when the temperature is approximately 96°C. 5. Use the control knob for oven functions to deactivate the oven.

This function has no effect on the operation of the oven. Duration To set how long the oven has to be in operation. End To set the switch-off time for an oven function. Duration and End can be used at the same time, if the oven is to be switched on and off automatically later. First set Duration .
electrolux The automatic switch-off The appliance switches off after some time: • if you do not switch off the appliance. • if you do not change the oven temperature. The last temperature set flashes in the temperature display. The oven stops with the temperature of: • 30 - 120° C after 12.5 hours • 120 - 200° C after 8.5 hours • 200 - 230° C after 5.5 hours After an automatic switch-off, deactivate the oven fully. Then you can switch it on again.

electrolux 17 Roasting Roasting dishes • Use heat-resistant ovenware to roast (please read the instructions of the manufacturer). • Large roasting joints can be roasted directly in the deep roasting pan or on the oven shelf above the deep roasting pan (selected models only). • Roast lean meats in a roasting tin with a lid. This well keep the meat more succulent. • All types of meat, that can be browned or have crackling, can be roasted in the roasting tin without the lid. Tips on using the roasting table.

electrolux • To clean metal surfaces use a usual cleaning agent • Clean the oven interior after each use. Thus you can remove dirt more easily and it does not burn on. • Clean stubborn dirt with a special oven cleaner. • Clean all oven accessories (with a soft cloth with warm water and cleaning agent) after each use and let them dry. • If you have nonstick accessories, do not clean them using an aggressive agents, sharp edged objects or dishwasher.
electrolux 21 Installing the shelf support rails Install the shelf support rails in the opposite sequence. Oven lamp Warning! There is a danger of electrical shock! Caution! Be careful when you remove the door from the appliance. The door is heavy! Removing the oven door 1. Open the oven door as far as it goes. 2. Lift up clamping levers (A) on the two door hinges fully. Before you change the oven lamp: • Switch off the oven. • Remove the fuses in the fuse box or switch off the circuit breaker.
electrolux Hanging the oven door back on its hinges 1. Hold of the oven door with one hand on each side and hold at an angle of approximately 45°. Position the recesses on the bottom of the oven door on the hinges on the oven. Let the door slide down as far as it will go. 3.
