When convect on roasting, use the broi}er pan and grid, and the roasting rack.
The broiler pan wilt catch grease spiIIs and the grid witt help prevent spatters.
The roasting ra.ck will hold the meat.
To prevent food from contacting the broil element and to
prevent grease spattering, DO NOT use the roasting rack when broiling.
I. Place oven rack on next-bottom rack position.
2. Place the grid in the broiler pan. The roasting rack fits on the grid aIIowing
the heated air circulate under the food for even cooking and heIps to
increase browning on the underside. Make sure the roasting rack is
securety seated or_the grid in the broiler pan. DO NOT use the broiIer pan
without the grid or cover the grid with atuminum foil
3. Position food (fat side up) on the roasting rack.
4. Placethebroilerpanontheovenrack.Note: AlwayspulIrackouttothestop
position before removing food.

be programmed to Convection Roast at any temperature between 300°F (149°C) to 550°F
(288°C) (The example below is for 350°F).
To Set the Convection Roast and temperature to 350°F:
1, Arrange interior oven racks a_d place food in oven.
2. Press _" or _, --° will appear m the d_sptay ( Figure 1).
3. Press (Z)' (Z)' (Z)" "350°" w_l appear in the display _F_gure2).
4. Press @ or _0). "350 °" wili remain on and the convection fan icon will show
in the display (Figure 3).
5. Press ,,(_ or @to stop Convection Roasting or cancel convection roast at any
time,
