RESPONSIBILITIES
OF THECUSTOMER
This warrantyappliesonlyto productsin ordinaryhousehold use, andthe consumerisresponsible for the items
listedbelow:
1. Properuseofthe applianceinaccordancewith instructionsprovidedwiththe product.
2. Properinstallationby a licensedand insured professional,in accordancewith instructionsprovidedwith the appliance
and in accordancewithall localplumbing,electricaland/orgascodes.
3. Proper connection to a grounded power supply of sufficient voltage, replacementof blown fuses, repair of loose
connectionsordefectsin housewiring.
4. Expensesfor makingthe applianceaccessiblefor servicing,such as removalof trim, cupboards,shelves,etc.,which
are nota partof the appliancewhen itwas shippedfrom the factory.
5. Damagesto finishafter installation.
6. Replacementof light bulbsand/orfluorescenttubes(onmodelswiththesefeatures).
EXCLUSIONS
This warrantydoesnotcoverthe following:
1. CONSEQUENTIALOR INCIDENTALDAMAGESSUCH AS PROPERTYDAMAGEAND INCIDENTALEXPENSES
RESULTINGFROMANYBREACHOF THISWRITTENORANYIMPLIEDWARRANTY.
Note: Somestatesdo not allow the exclusionorlimitationof incidentalor consequentialdamages,so thislimitationor
exclusionmaynotapply toyou.
2. Servicecalls which do not involvemalfunctionordefects in workmanshipor material,or for appliancesnot in ordinary
householduse.Theconsumershall payforsuch servicecalls.
3. Damagescaused by services performedby servicersotherthan ElectroluxHome Products,Inc., ElectroluxCanada
Corp., or its authorized servicers;use of parts other than genuine Electrolux Home Productsparts; obtainedfrom
personsother thansuch servicers;or externalcausessuch asabuse,misuse,inadequatepowersupplyor actsof God.

Thiswarrantyonlyappliesinthe 50 Statesof the U.S.A.and PuertoRico,and Canada.Productfeaturesor specificationsas describedor illustrated
aresubjectto changewithoutnotice. All warrantiesare madebyElectroluxHomeProducts,Inc. In Canada,your applianceiswarrantedby
