The lower basket The lower basket is designed to take saucepans, lids, plates, salad bowls, cutlery etc. Serving dishes and large lids should be arranged around the edge of the basket, ensuring that the spray arms turn freely. The two rows of prongs on the lower basket can be easily lowered to allow you to load pots, pans and bowls.

Long bladed knives stored in an upright position are a potential hazard. Long and/or sharp items of cutlery such as carving knives must be positioned horizontally in the upper basket. Once the washing program has ended this device operates intermittently for another 20 minutes, as long as the dishwasher is switched on. If the On/Off button is pressed or the door is opened during these 20 minutes, the device will be automatically cancelled.
