Silica Gel Sachets
SGL is supplied in 3 handy sizes; 10g, 50g and 100g sachets. The silica gel contained in the porous sachets is
non-indicating, i.e. it does not change colour when it has absorbed its maximum level of moisture. The silica gel
used conforms to BS2540:1991
 Silica gel in sachet form; simple solution for a range of applications

Directions for Use
SGL is suitable for use in any application where moisture attack is possible. It can prevent corrosion by
absorbing high levels of moisture and is inert to most non aqueous chemicals. It may be used to protect:
hygroscopic powders, delicate electronics, photographic and communications equipment, metal surfaces prone
to moisture induced corrosion and can find use in general situations where mould growth or corrosion is
possible.
Avoid contact with large volumes of aqueous based fluids.
