Notes:
•Do notremove the water tank immediately after the unitstops. Pleasewait a while to avoid the
waterdrippingintotheunitandcausingdamage.
•Onlyemptythewatertankwhenitisfullorbeforemovingorstoringtheunit.
•Donotrestthetankonthefloor
becausethebottomofthetankcouldbeunevenandtankmayfall
andcausethewatertospill.
• When you remove the tank, do not touch sensors or any parts which are situated behind tank.
Doing so may damage the product. Be sure to push the tank gently all
the way into the unit.
Bangingthebucketagainstanythingorfailingtopushitinsecurelyintoplacemaycausethe unit
nottooperate.
•Do not remove or damage the float switch in the waterͲtank, otherwise the machine will  stop
working.
• Please make sure the water tank cover
 is put back into place correctly before the water tank is
reinserted.
•Ifthewater Ͳtankisinsertedincorrectly,thetankfullindicatorwillflash.Removethewatertankand
reinserttoturntheindicatoroffandresumenormaluse.
•Atalltimes,avoidwaterenteringtheunit.Itmay
causeanelectricalhaza rdanddamagetheunit.

CONTINUOUSDRAINAGE
Thisdehumidifierhasacontinuousdrainholethatcanbeconnectedtoaplasticpipewithan11mminner
diameter (Not Supplied).Water can be automatically plumbed in or drained into a sink, a larger
receptacleorthroughthewallintoanoutsidedrain.Pleasefollowthestepsbelowto
setyourunitupfor
continuousdrainage:

1. Cutoffthecoverforthecontinuousdrainontheback
oftheunit.
2. Removetheblackrubberwaterplug.
3. Connectawatertubeofinnerdiameter11mmtothe
drainconnector,andensuretheconnectionistight

 tube is not supplied with the
unit.
4. Pulloutthewatertank,plugthedroppinggateinside
theunitwiththewaterplugtakenfromthe
continuousdrainport.
5. Returnthewatertankbackintopositionwithinthe
unit.

Thisunitusesgravityfalltodisposewaterhencethedrain
shouldbelowerthanthedehumidifierwater
outlet.Besuretorunthewaterpipedownwardandletthewatertoflowoutsmoothly.Donotkinkor
bendthepipe.
NOTE:Whenthecontinuousdrainfeatureisnotbeingused,reversethepipeinstallation,removethedrain
hosefrom
theoutletandattachtherubberplugbacktothedrainoutlet
Thepermanentdraincanbeusedinconjunctionwithwaterpump(e.g.whendrainingfromacellar)tolift
thewaterupwards.

