Has the unit been standing upright for at least 2 hours?

Is the unit plugged into the mains?

Is the fuse OK?

Switch the unit off and wait three minutes to see if the issue is resolved. Restart the unit.

Check if the water tank is full. Is the tank correctly inserted back into the unit?

Was the troubleshooting guide followed?
