Parameters
<n> a numeric parameter(1-1000) which indicates the
duration of all DTMF tones in < DTMF -string> in 1/10
secs
< DTMF -string> a string parameter(string should be included in
quotation marks) which has a max length of 20 chars of
form < DTMF >, separated by commas.
< DTMF > A single ASCII chars in the set 0-9,#,*,A-D.
