warranty, a flat service fee will be
charged. This covers the service
and travel time to your premises,
regardless of time spent working

you of this charge when you call our

part of the repair will be charged at
manufacturer-authorised prices.
• Both the parts and the labour carry
a full 12-month warranty, giving you
added protection.

Service Representatives can assist

Haier product queries. From organising
servicing to helping you get the most
out of your appliance, our Customer
Care centre is open 24 hours 7 days
aweek, 365 days a year to provide you
the best possible service.
Outside of the major cities we oversee
a national team of Authorised Service
Centres. Their training and equipment is
regularly updated to ensure you receive
the best possible service.
