ELBA magazine filing system
Organisation of the department
The magazine filing system is the ideal
archiving system for individual files in
department or central archives. Files and
folders serve as archiving containers,
which can be individually placed into the single cassettes. This system
makes it possible to directly access individual processes, or the whole
cassette at once.
The files and folders can be used to archive large amounts of loose or
stapled documents up to format DIN A4.The system is perfectly
suited for loose sheet filing, as the documents do not have to be
punched or stapled, which considerably shortens the handling time.
Clear marking thanks to push-on respectively adhesive signals as well
as labels also provide an excellent overview and fast retrieval.
The cassette filing system allows a continuous use of the files and
folders – from workplace to central archive – and thus makes it an
ideal organisation system for any office.
