Configuring visitor computers for Conference Room Billing

2 Select the TCP/IP protocol associated with the Ethernet NIC and click the
"Properties" button.
The Network TCP/IP Properties dialog appears as shown in Figure 11-8.

3 In the IP Address tab, specify an IP address and Subnet Mask for the visitor
computer. The IP address must come from the pool of addresses on the
Reservation Receipt generated by the Meeting Room Scheduler. The Subnet
Mask must also be the one listed on the Reservation Receipt.
4 In the Gateway tab, add the network gateway from the Reservation Receipt.
5 If necessary, enable DNS and enter the host and domain name for the visitor
computer provided by the network administrator. Also, add the DNS
nameserver IP address listed on the Reservation Receipt.
6 Click OK to accept the TCP/IP and Network Configuration settings, and re-
start the visitor computer. The visitor computer should be ready to connect to
the scheduled conference meeting room.
