Procedure 9-3
Generating a Test Record for the PMS
The following procedure explains how to generate a test record after the YWS
has been connected to the PMS and the PMS has been configured as described
earlier in this chapter.

1 From the YesWare main menu, choose Billing Manager.
The Billing Manager menu appears.
2 Click Generate Test Record.
The Generate Test Record dialog appears.

3 Edit the fields as necessary. When ready, click the Create Record button. A
screen similar to the following appears:
4 The system returns a message, letting you know the record has been created
and a record sent.
