Task 008: Installing the Data Network with a Switch
Card
Use this procedure to connect the BitStorm 1900 to the Ethernet data
network using a Switch Card.
Requirements
This procedure requires the following:
• Ethernet 100Base-T data network installed
• Two Category 5 crossover or straight cables terminated with
RJ-45 connectors according to Table 2-2.
