Digital Jukebox Feature
In the tradition of the classic American jukebox, the VIA!dj’s Digital Jukebox feature
allows you to create a song list from your music collection which will play in the order
that the songs were added.
The Digital Jukebox allows you to add an unlimited number of songs into a temporary
list, which is played back in the order you added them. Any music that resides on the
VIA!dj’s hard drive can be added to the Jukebox Playlist - single Tracks, whole Albums,
all the music from a single Artist, Genre, Year, Era, Playlist, or Preset.
Using the Digital Jukebox:
• From the Library screen, use the or buttons to highlight Jukebox, then
press Select.
The Jukebox menu will be displayed:
• Press Add to display a list of categories.
• Use the or buttons to select which category you wish to browse, then
press Select.
In the following examples, the Select Album option is used to illustrate how to add
music into the Jukebox. The same steps are followed when selecting music from the
Artists, Genres,Years, Eras, Playlists, and Presets categories. See Playing Music, for
details on how to browse through each category.
