The SS1 is an RS-232, IR,sense and relay controller
all rolled into one powerful package.With its ever-
expanding library of RS-232 serial drivers, the SS1
can interface with many of the top lighting, security
and temperature control systems, as well as
manufacturers of pool and spa controllers, home
theater electronics, motorized screens, window
treatments and more.
Its powerful IR engine allows for intelligent,
independent control of A/V components. Multiple
sense inputs and relay outputs can automatically
raise, lower, open and close all your motorized
devices at the touch of a single button.
ELAN multi-room controllers and music/video
source components integrate seamlessly with
the SS1, providing your clients with one-touch
entertainment throughout the house. It is
compatible with all of ELAN’s user-friendly
interfaces and delivers real time, 2-way source and
system status feedback to ELAN touch panels and
Olé touchpads.And through its Ethernet port, the
SS1 provides the essential link between an ELAN
wireless touch panel and any Wi-Fi network.
Whether it’s being used as a do-it-all Home
Theater controller or a complete home controller,
the SS1 System Station is the one component that
does it all.
