The HC12 is the flagship of the HC controller line for
rack-mounted entertainment based systems or rack
mount security/DVR-centric systems. The HC12 sup-
ports nearly unlimited ELAN A/V controllers, display
devices, sources, and has a built-in two-channel
audio server capability.
This powerful controller stores and streams two
sources digital music out, records IP security camer-
as, controls AV switches and sources and integrates
all home control systems. Use the HC12 video-out
to drive a power interface on a TV screen.
The HC12 comes pre-loaded with all Base applica-
tions. It supports all Pro App’s (GPASL) and Viewer
Licenses (GVSL). See page15 for a chart of Base App
vs. Pro App capabilities.
The HC12 includes maximum connectivity and
control with 12 RS-232 communication ports, an
internal hard drive for media and DVR, four relays
for automating functions such as drapes, gates and
garage doors, and twelve IR outputs (outputs 7-12
require the PPWM Precision Panel).
