is three XM™ Satellite Radios rolled into
one premium ELAN component.
XM Radio features over 150 channels of
commercial-free CD-quality music, news,
sports, comedy, talk and more – enjoy this
wide variety of entertainment in any room
of the house. With three separate XM
tuners* built right in, the XM-R3 allows
the user to listen to different stations in
different rooms throughout the home.
Listen to news in the home office, smooth
jazz in the bedroom and children’s
programming in the kid’s room. All are
available 24/7/365.
And because the XM-R3 is an ELAN
component, it offers point-and-click
integration into any ELAN system and
real-time XM status feedback to ELAN
VIA!
®
Touch Panels in any room**. View
channel, category, title and artist of
whatever is playing from any of the three
built-in XM tuners. Browse through
Categories to see what is playing on other
channels. Do it and see it all on any VIA!
Touch Panel in the home.
In rooms without VIA! Touch Panels,
the XM-R3 is easy to access using any of
ELAN’s in-wall or tabletop keypads.
Custom keycaps allows the programmer to
name music categories or channel presets
and, with the touch of a button,
hear exactly what is desired.
The XM-R3 features ten
presets for each of the
three built-in XM
tuners, providing a total of 30 presets so
that every family member can have easy,
one-touch access to their favorite content,
no matter where they are in the house.
The XM-R3 is also a parent’s dream,
offering the ability to block stations they
don’t want their children to hear. The
Channel Skip feature allows the user to
quickly scroll through and locate desired
channels y while skipping over the rest.
